WHAT ARE PERP'S? THEY ARE TERROR-STALKERS PARTICIPATING IN SURVEILLANCE ON CITIZENS WHO HAVE DONE NOTHING WRONG This term Perp is short for Perpetrator and is defined as individuals who directly or secretly instruct others to participate in activity that includes schemes to "misdirect, discredit, disrupt and otherwise neutralize "specific individual victims and their family members even if it means using illegal weapons on the targeted person. When these attacks are the caused of employees in the workplace, the company demand assurance that "there is no possibility of embarrassment to the corporation, so the company officially approves these type of attacks. They are truly lible for the methods being used. Infiltration is used with the main function to discredit and disrupt the victim’s life using deception and threats of intimidation of violence to harass while concealing their involvement and fabricated lies. Individuals who commit violations in the process of participating with malicious intent in activities that violates another person’s rights. Individuals who bypass protocols and hack or participate in the process of brain hacking, group stalking, voice transmission, and directing energy weapons on another person. Individuals who follow orders just to have or keep a job when ordered to use lethal devices in as a form to serve as insurance for a large corporation while engaging in acts of sabotage, espionage or other forms of malicious activities to advance their careers. They include those who steal intellectual (brain) property while stealing trade secrets and other assets. Sicko's, who are acting as avengers, meaning disgruntled employees, who act out of revenge for perceived wrongs done to themselves, but the kicker is No One Did Anything To These Participating Perp's - it's clearly mental. Mentally they truely believe they are from some form of "entitled" class and they are special and deserving to act above the rules set for other employees. They are sensitive to slights and are prone to becoming disgruntled. Proprietors, a subclass, act as if they "own" the systems they are entrusted with and will do anything to protect their control and power over this territory. A Perpetrator is anyone who has been told or trained to harass, torture, maim, and kill a Targeted Victim, either by direct means, or by covert means including, organized group stalking, electronic, biological, or "accidental" means. Career perps make a good living dealing misery to victims. They develop an instant Hatred of the Target for No Rational Reason. The meaning of truly being Crazy. Perps usually do not know the victim(s) personally, but they are supplied enough information to perform these campaigns of gang stalking and harassment. They should be Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other High Criminal Charges. They have committed violations of the Constitution of the United States of America in an attempt to carry out with impunity crimes against peace and humanity, by assuming powers from lawless acts. They carrying out a massive assaults by waging war like aggression that is threatening, and resulting in the torture or death of people. Lying to the world by providing false and deceptive rationales for abuse and authorizing, ordering and condoning direct attacks on civilians in secret and spying operation against the people. Now these Perp's are worried about their Victims wanting to Kill them after they have changed the victim(s) life by force and assaults with physical aggression by causing or condoning assassination to their victims if they are not successful at driving the victim crazy or to commit suicide. Now these Perp's want to cry (9/11) as the reason they committed these crimes, and they was just doing it because the victim's was doing something wrong, and now they want to be excused. I DONT THINK SO - IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN - you will never be forgiven. What's the matter, your scared those you have targeted may use some of the same tactics you inflicted upon them like physical force?
